We share information with insurance carriers and government marketplaces (HealthCare.gov and state-based exchanges) only as needed to file applications, manage policies, and verify eligibility on your behalf.
We may also share information when required by law, in response to a valid subpoena, or to protect our rights and the rights of others.
SMS and Messaging
Phone numbers you provide are used to call, text (SMS), or message you on WhatsApp about your inquiry, quote, or active policy. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Protect Your Data
Sensitive identifiers (SSN, ITIN, driver's license, passport, immigration documents) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Access is logged and limited to people with a business reason to see it.
No system is perfectly secure, but we follow industry best practices and review them regularly.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 without parental consent. Children's information may be included in a family-level application when the parent or guardian provides it.
