SMS & Messaging Terms

Last updated: January 2026

These terms describe how we use SMS text messages, WhatsApp messages, and calls in connection with our insurance services.

Consent to Be Contacted

By providing your phone number and submitting a contact or quote form, you consent to receive calls, SMS text messages, WhatsApp messages, and meeting invitations from La Familia Insurance Inc. at the number you provided.

Consent to receive messages is NOT a condition of purchasing insurance. You may decline messaging and still receive a quote.

Types of Messages You'll Receive

We send messages about your insurance inquiry, quotes we prepare for you, applications in progress, active policies you hold, renewal reminders, premium changes, and time-sensitive coverage opportunities.

We do not send promotional or marketing messages from unrelated companies.

How Often You'll Hear From Us

Frequency varies based on your needs and where you are in the insurance lifecycle. During enrollment or renewal periods you may receive several messages in a short window; once your policy is active, contact is much less frequent.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately stop receiving SMS from us. You can also email info@lafamiliainsuranceinc.com or call (305) 400-0062 to be removed from any messaging list.

Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of calls. To stop calls, ask us directly when we reach you, or call our office.

Need Help?

Reply HELP to any SMS message for help, or call (305) 400-0062.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Check with your mobile carrier if you're unsure.

Carrier Support

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
